Sam Charig broke the long-standing Senior Men’s 1500m record with 3.38.71 at the BMC meeting at Tooting Bec on 24th July. The previous record of 3.39.66 was set 31 years ago by Matt de Freitas.
Charlotte Pabari improved her own Under 15 Girl’s Javelin record, set last year, with a 43.90m throw at the Youth Development League at Guildford on 21st July.
