Membership Cancellation Policy

The following policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding membership cancellations.

Membership Duration

  • The membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March each year.

  • Memberships are valid for the full duration of the membership year.

​

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any point during the membership year, however:

  • No refunds will be issued for memberships that are cancelled during the membership year, including cases where a member transfers to another club.

​

Club Transfers

  • Members wishing to transfer to another club must ensure all outstanding fees are settled before the transfer will be approved.

​

Commitment and Consideration

  • Prospective and current members are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment before joining to ensure they can fully benefit from the membership year.

  • Everyone is entitled to up to 4 free trail sessions before commiting to joining the club.
