​The Southern Athletics League (SAL) is a track and field competition for combined men's and women's teams across the South of England. In 2025, the SAL fixtures are scheduled for Saturday, May 17; Sunday, June 22; Sunday, July 13; and Saturday, August 30.  These events provide athletes with opportunities to compete in various track and field disciplines, fostering athletic development and team camaraderie.
